On September 11, 2020 Dwayne Adams spoke at the Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section Breakfast Meeting. Dwayne was a part of a panel discussion entitled “Litigation in the Age of Covid-19.”
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Honorable Harold D. Melton as well as Judge Chris Brasher, Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County, also spoke on the panel.
The panel addressed when civil trials will resume as well as well as how to move cases through discovery during COVID-19.
The Atlanta Bar Association is an important part of Georgia’s legal community. It has a membership of almost 6000 from the Atlanta area.
