On July 13, 2020, Mike Neff spoke to a national audience of trial attorneys at the American Association for Justice’s 2020 Amped-Up Virtual Convention. AAJ is the preeminent national organization for trial attorneys seeking justice for injured citizens.
In addition to being in the Leaders’ Forum, Mike is a member of the Executive Committee for AAJ’s Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group and AAJ’s Inadequate Security Litigation Group. In 2014, Mike was elected Chair of AAJ’s Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Litigation Group.
Mike spoke to the Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section on “Identifying Prospective Defendants in Premises Liability Cases.”
Mike is a nationally-respected authority on premises liability cases, having been lead counsel in over $100 million in verdicts in those types of cases. Mike is also the author of Premises Liability: A Guide to Success published by Trial Guides.
