On February 29, 2012, Michael Neff spoke at the “Handling Fall Cases Professionally” CLE in Atlanta, Georgia. Mike gave a presentation entitled “Challenges for Presenting Brain Injuries at Trial.” Based on years of experience in handling brain injury cases, Mike explained how to meet and overcome potential bias against citizens who are seriously injured from a fall. Mike is honored to serve as the presiding Program Chair for the Fall Section of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia.
