On Saturday, July 22, 2017, Michael Neff presented “Five Rules for Closing Argument in a Traumatic Brain Injury Case” at the American Association for Justice’s Annual Convention in Boston. Mike is an active member of AAJ and was asked to speak about his closing argument in Martin v. Six Flags, a case where a young man was beaten into a coma outside of an amusement park and suffered a traumatic brain injury (“TBI”).
Mike served as lead counsel in the case, which resulted in a $35 million verdict for the Plaintiff.
